The strawberry guava, scientifically Psidium cattleianum, is a small tree or shrub native to South America but growing throughout the tropics. Although it belongs to the myrtle family, it's botanically distinct from the common guava, which is Psidium guajava. It's known for its sweet and tart fruits, which taste like a mixture of strawberries and guavas.
Grapes produce delicious fruit that can be used in a variety of ways. However, they do not have a long shelf life. By growing your own grapes, treat yourselves or your family with fresh grapes directly picked from your garden.
Black grapes have a high therapeutic value.
Violet guava (Perakka) has a distinct appearance with its dark violet colour. It has a pleasing aroma and tastes sweet.
Violet Guava belongs to the same species as common guava and has all the goodness associated with it. Not just the fruit, even the bark, leaves and flower have a violet shade.
