Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing saphco.com. Our delivery policy is as follows:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within two business days. 

All orders are processed within two business days.  Ordered items that don't process within this period are cancelled. The payment made for the cancelled item/s will be refunded within 7 business days. The accepted items in that order are shipped.

Cancellation of Order / Delivery

An ordered item/s may be cancelled before accepting the order and the amount refunded within 7 business days. Once accepted, the ordered item/s is out for packaging and delivery and hence cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Date

Generally, the accepted orders are immediately shipped. For live plants, if the transit period involves holidays, the shipping date will be adjusted to avoid transit delays.

Delivery Time

Depending on your location, delivery time is usually 2-4 days from the date of shipping.

Tracking Delivery

The status of each order is available in your list of orders.

The delivery partner's name and tracking id / AWB number is provided against each shipped item.
