Interpretation and Definitions
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
For this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to saphco.com which is owned and operated by Saphal Enterprises (P) Ltd.
“Goods” or “Items” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to saphco.com, accessible from https://www.saphco.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Cancellation of order
A full refund is provided within 7 working days if the cancellation is made before we move the item from our warehouse.
Once the order is confirmed, a cancellation cannot be made. This is indicated by an 'Order confirmed' status against the order on your order history page.
If we are unable to supply the ordered Items in part or full, will notify you and process the refund for such Items, at the earliest.
There is no return for the sold Items. If an Item is received wrongly, in a defective or damaged state, make a return request immediately. If the request qualifies, the Item is either replaced or refunded in full.
Some plants may look a little weak after transportation, which is normal. Depending on the plant type, they recover within a few hours/days. Please see how to care for a plant just received after transportation.
Refunds will not be provided for any of the below reasons.
Wrong address was provided for delivery.
The customer refusing to take delivery of the ordered Items.
The customer or any other person entrusted not present to take the delivery.
Undue delay in accepting the delivery, that damaged the Item.
Improper handling of the Item causing its damage.
In the case of live plants, delays in unpacking and caring for the plant cause damage to the plant.
Making a return request
Best, make an unboxing video, so that if any return is needed, the process can be speeded up. A return request needs to be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We also get to know about any damage that may have been caused during transportation.
