Indian fruit plants here do not necessarily mean they are native to India. Some of the fruits commonly found in India are not native to the country. But they are commonly seen in at least some parts of the country.

Although it belongs to the myrtle family, it's botanically distinct from the common guava, which is Psidium guajava. It's known for its sweet and tart fruits, which taste like a mixture of strawberries and guavas.
Milk fruit is known for its beautiful star-shaped pattern that is revealed when the fruit is cut in half. The tree is often used as an ornamental plant for landscaping due to its attractive foliage and fruit. Milk fruit is rich in minerals and vitamins.
Violet guava (Perakka) has a distinct appearance with its dark violet colour. It has a pleasing aroma and tastes sweet.
Violet Guava belongs to the same species as common guava and has all the goodness associated with it. Not just the fruit, even the bark, leaves and flower have a violet shade.
